A Childhood Wish Come True.

No, it's not going to Disneyland. (Although I finally got to do that this summer)

Or getting to the Natural History Museum in New York.

Or seeing a Broadway play.

I got to do one thing on my bucket list last summer, and it was on the top of my list.

I finally rode the Jurassic Park River Adventure....twice!!!

I was going through some old files on my computer and forgot that this video was on there. Of course I watched the whole thing with a smile on my face, even though the annoying blonde on it bugged me. I don't let it take away from the feelings I remember when the little boat was being pulled up the track. I kept thinking, "Oh my gosh, I can't believe I'm actually here!" That was quickly replaced, however, with "Oh that is so cool!" and squeals of laughter when the Parasaurolophus sprayed me with water. Then there was the 80ft drop, accompanied by the giant T-Rex head. It was really, one of the best days, ever!
In fact, my profile picture for this blog was taken while I was standing in line to ride on it the second time. It really was an awesome day.
Now, I did ride on more than one ride while I was there. There was a Mummy Roller Coaster Ride, that was in the dark and went backwards and forwards. It was awesome, I think we went on that one twice as well.

I got a t shirt and a ride photo, I don't have the ability to post those right now, but I will eventually. The ride video will just have to do for now. lol
