So I am starting to love my art more and more as I get older. Apart from the sciences, art was something I wanted to do as a grown up. And it is a fallback plan if the math thing doesn't go through. (Although I think I'm going to pass math just fine) And as much as I'm happy that I am accomplishing something so difficult(It truly is a feat. LOL) I find that I wish my art was something I could do professionally. But the reason I strayed away from it, was, well, one- because I never drew people well enough, and my perspective was completely atrocious, and because there isn't any stable job in it, and finally, because I don't want to feel like I've wasted all the years of school that I have already finished...and I don't want to be a major changer...I don't want to be someone flip flopping back and forth all willy nilly not being able to decide on their life. So I'm pretty sure I'll finish my BS degree. I guess I just wish I was good enough to have the confidence to make art my life...
Anyways, that was way off topic. LOL
I'm starting a new collection of drawing, I guess I feel I've designed enough Goth Wedding dresses for now. LOL
Here's the first in a series called "The Black Widow Collection." I think it's pretty self-explanatory. Portrait style of dangerous looking pretty women with rings on their hands. And a spider somewhere. I'm working on the second one right now, and since this photo was taken I've touched this one up. I'm looking forward to seeing how these turn out.
Hope you like it! I'll put up the next one as soon as the ink's dry on her.
